- 차량의 양방향 프레임 사이드를 연결하여 프레임의 변형을 방지하며, 프레임에 가해지는 비틀림 등의 외력을 견딜 수 있는 핵심 구조물로 차량의 강성과 안정성을 유지하는 역할 수행
- Robot + Jig + Tilting System을 적용한 CO2 자동 용접으로 28종의 SUB 부품을 자동화 용접하여 생산
- Robot전용 Jig를 통한 F/ROOF 센서 적용하여 부품 취출 방법 개선을 통한 매칭성 향상으로 불량 감소
