Pyeongtaek Port, which opened in 1986, is a leading port in South Korea, ranking first in vehicle throughput, fourth in container cargo, and fifth in total cargo. With its advantageous location, it serves as a key export-import hub connecting China, Japan, Vietnam, and East Asia. The port operates 17 container routes and 5 international ferry routes, and is continually expanding its facilities to serve as a multifunctional logistics hub and value-added port.
